SANY America is seeking a motivated Technical Services Specialist (Northeast Central) for a hybrid role combining office work with field-based problem solving. You will coordinate with dealers and customers to resolve complex heavy equipment issues, develop knowledge documents, and ensure timely product updates and training alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in construction equipment, strong reading of manuals and schematics, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, industrial or agricultural equipment industries.
• Strong ability to read technical manuals, parts manuals, and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Work with dealer technicians to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Review cases for dealers and customers in assigned region, support case resolution.
• Develop technical knowledge documents after resolving issues for future similar problems.
• Ensure dealers are up to date on product changes and service bulletins.
• Collaborate with SANY Training & Development to ensure dealer technicians get training and certifications.
• Provide remote or onsite technical support to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Contribute to Field Follow Program for new model concepts.
• Review Service Manuals to ensure accuracy per market requirements.
• Support manager-assigned projects to address emerging issues.
