Alignerr is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated outputs across text and data. This fully remote contract role offers flexible scheduling between 10 and 40 hours per week, with feedback shaping how AI models learn and improve.

You will work independently, applying structured rubrics and clear guidelines while delivering concise feedback. The position welcomes candidates with strong attention to detail, solid reading comprehension, and the ability to evaluate content

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, relevance, and overall quality
• Rate content using structured rubrics and clear evaluation guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI outputs fall short
• Write clear, actionable feedback to help guide model improvement
• Work across a variety of content types, topics, and formats
• Complete assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
• Solid reading comprehension and analytical thinking skills
• Able to evaluate content objectively and apply consistent standards
• Clear and concise written communicator in English
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll provide guidelines and training
