Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ATM Hardware, Software and Terminal Handling
• Experience supporting Never Down 3 data center applications
• Container/Openshift experience
• Proven leadership of software engineering teams delivering large-scale, business‑critical enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including production implementation and sustainment.
• Strong technical expertise in application development, architecture, system integration, and enterprise software engineering.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, quality engineering, observability, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation and platform modernization initiatives while maintaining operational stability.
• Proven ability to manage highly available production systems, operational support, resiliency, incident response, and service reliability.
• Strong knowledge of secure software development, vulnerability management, technology controls, operational risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success building, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams through talent management and succession planning.
• Experience leading distributed global teams and driving consistent execution across multiple locations and organizations.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence engineers, business partners, and senior executives.

• Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives
• Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills
• Manages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met
• Manages relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
• Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain
• Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
• Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with product management and other stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers responsible for ATM applications, services, integrations, middleware, and supporting server systems.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear and demanding expectations for commitment, execution, quality, security, and alignment with the organization’s goals while maintaining strong, respectful relationships with the team.
