The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of operations experience in logistics, a valid Class B driver's license, and strong leadership skills while maintaining high ethical standards.

The position offers a salary between $88,800 and $111,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years operations experience in transportation and/or logistics.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Minimum of Class B with air‑brakes driver’s license.
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ATM Logistics team members at one of the market locations.
• Ensure ATM route logistics efficiency through appropriate interaction with market employees.
• Leverage systems, equipment and process redesign for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Establish and maintain accountability at the front line.
• Uphold high ethical standards and protect Brink’s reputation.
