NuSource is looking for a Service Technician to install and service security, ATM, and ITM equipment, ensuring work is performed to specification within timelines and budgets. You will triage issues, diagnose problems, and implement fixes to prevent incidents.
You will work with low voltage wiring, video surveillance, access control, and related systems, performing preventative maintenance and site surveys while communicating clearly with customers and management.

Acting as a first line response to our customers, you will triage customer issues, find the right solution, and even handle some problems before they start.

Perform installation services to customer specifications within timeline and budget parameters. Respond to and resolve requests for service of security, conventional, ATM, and ITM equipment. Complete preventative maintenance work as prescribed.
