Job summary

CORD Financial Services is seeking a Forecasting & Route Specialist to support the daily operation of the ATM fleet. You will monitor forecasts, coordinate route information, and help resolve operational issues while ensuring reliable ATM availability and efficient resource deployment.

The role emphasizes timely follow-up, accurate information, strong customer service, and collaboration with Operations, route personnel, and support teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in inventory or ATM operations or route support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail orientation.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
• Ability to manage deadlines and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily forecasts for ATM fleet.
• Monitor ATM inventory levels and identify service concerns.
• Coordinate route changes with Operations and partners.
• Support route planning with accurate terminal priorities.
• Review daily ATM performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Research customer or operational issues and document findings.
• Assist with recurring reports and monthly inventory reviews.
• Maintain records and knowledgebase for the department.
• Provide proactive support to internal teams and customers.
• Assist with department projects and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and internal controls.
• Perform other related duties.
