Job summary

Eficode seeks an Atlassian Consultant to design, implement and optimize Jira, Confluence and JSM in customer environments. You will join a team of Atlassian experts, delivering solutions from scripting and automation to migrations and integrations within enterprise ecosystems.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Data Center and Cloud, plus a pragmatic DevOps mindset and AI-assisted workflow know-how. Based in Sweden with a flexible hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Atlassian experience across Data Center and Cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies in enterprise settings.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and customise Atlassian products for customers.
• Develop technical solutions for Jira, Confluence, JSM and other Atlassian tools.
• Lead migrations from Data Center to Cloud and ITSM implementations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Atlassian environments.
• Guide customers in SDLC modernization using automation and AI-assisted workflows.
