Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader in media and entertainment, seeks a Product Manager-Analyst who is an Atlassian Cloud SME to support internal enterprise technology platforms within the B2B Product Solutions team in DX Technology and Digital. This junior role focuses on Atlassian Cloud and PPM capabilities used for planning, execution, reporting, collaboration, and integrations.

1–3 years of experience in product analysis and related fields, with hands-on Atlassian Cloud

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Operations Support, Technology Support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud suite and ability to serve as an internal SME for Atlassian capabilities.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, project/program/portfolio management, or product management methodologies.
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience creating or supporting user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and summarize findings.
• Experience supporting change management, training, documentation, communications, or user adoption.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at KP2 four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter resource for Atlassian Cloud tools and capabilities, helping teams understand, optimize, and adopt the platform.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, business needs, and enhancement requests to identify opportunities for product and platform improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable product requirements.
• Create and support user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and other product artifacts.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product delivery activities.
• Partner with Product Managers, engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and delivery activities.
• Support PPM governance, platform standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with workflows, automation, system integrations, data flows, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Analyze platform usage, support trends, reporting, and user feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support change management and user adoption through training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, communications, and other enablement resources.
• Help communicate platform changes, new capabilities, processes, and best practices to internal users and stakeholders.
• Support product discovery and UX activities by helping understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Stay current on Atlassian Cloud, PPM, Agile practices, product management, analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.

This is a junior-level product role focused on supporting Atlassian Cloud and Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) capabilities used for planning, project execution, reporting, collaboration, and integrations. The Product Analyst will partner closely with Product Managers, engineering, UX, data, technology teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze user needs, support product delivery, and drive continuous platform improvement.
