Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Denver, is seeking an Atlassian Product Owner to shape the strategic roadmap and governance for Jira, Bitbucket, JSM, and approved Marketplace apps. You will translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog and establish consistent patterns for templates, workflows, and permissions.

You will collaborate with platform teams to ensure integrations and data flows support enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis.
Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, JSM).
Strong governance, standardization, and enterprise enablement knowledge.
Able to influence across technical and non‑technical stakeholders without direct authority.
Familiarity with Atlassian automation, scripting tools, and APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own Atlassian strategic roadmap aligned with OKRs and Agile methods.
Define and maintain Golden Standards for templates, issue types, and automation.
Manage Atlassian Marketplace app ecosystem to ensure value and avoid bloat.
Drive change management, adoption, and training for new features and workflows.
Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog (epics/user stories/acceptance criteria).
Partner with platform teams to ensure configurations support integrations and reporting.
