Job summary

DoorDash’s Enterprise Systems team seeks an Atlassian Administrator to own day-to-day administration of Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud. You will manage projects, workflows, access, and integrations, collaborating with global teams while engineers focus on migrations and platform work.

You should have 1–3 years of Atlassian administration experience, plus knowledge of Jira/Jira Service Management/Confluence and some automation scripting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on Atlassian administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence — including configuration, permissions, and workflow setup.
• Experience troubleshooting access, permissions, and ticket-routing issues under time pressure.
• Exposure to scripting or automation (Python, YAML) and eagerness to build on it.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud.
• Create and configure Jira projects and service desks for different teams.
• Manage user access, project permissions, and admin rights; service-account access.
• Configure request types, forms, custom fields, workflows, and notifications.
• Troubleshoot Jira issues and multi-user incidents.
• Update access-request workflows for connected apps; route approvals/DRIs.
• Support Okta-related access, SSO, MFA, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Test changes in Jira sandbox before production.
