GM Performance Power Units in Concord, NC is seeking a Reliability Data Analyst to support development, testing, and race-weekend operations of our Formula 1 power unit. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering and reliability analysis, building dashboards, pipelines, and models to understand component health and detect failure trends in real time.

You will work with ATLAS telemetry, Python, and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights, support failure investigations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or related field.
• 3–6 years in a data-intensive engineering role in motorsport or powertrain.
• ATLAS experience as primary analysis tool is required.
• Experience in reliability or powertrain data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• ATLAS data analysis and telemetry interpretation to identify anomalies.
• Support failure investigations by correlating telemetry with teardown findings.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing PU health and fault trends.
• Create Python scripts to automate data processing tasks.
• Provide data-driven input during race events and test sessions.
