Qualifications

• 6-10 years of engineering experience with at least 3-5 years in reliability or motorsport.
• Experience in factory-based development and trackside operations.
• Accountability for defined reliability outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reliability engineering function for the F1 power unit.
• Direct investigations into component failures.
• Develop and track corrective actions arising from failures.
