D&H Distributing Co. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead for our Atlanta facility. This onsite role covers multiple shifts (3:30pm-12am and 7:00am-3:30pm EST) and drives improvements in daily warehouse operations.

The Lead will mentor team members, identify process inefficiencies, and collaborate on software updates and optimization, supporting cross-functional initiatives and best practices within an employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain operations or a leadership role.
• Regular experience with warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive team spirit and attitude.
• Answer questions and, if not, know where to get the answers.
• Communicate with supervisor and co-owners effectively.
• Complete assignments within established timelines.
• Complete work with no supervision.
