Unum is seeking a Small Business Sales Director in Atlanta to lead sales performance initiatives, optimize processes across 30 offices, and drive profitability in the small business segment. The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and strategic leadership to maximize revenue while ensuring top customer service.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in sales performance management, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in sales performance management preferred.
• Proven track record in sales generation and/or sales process management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Develop best practice processes to support Small Business Consultants in achieving sales goals.
• Execute on SOPs and ensure adoption across thirty office locations.
• Coach and develop Small Business Consultants to improve performance and close rates.
• Maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Leverage dashboards and reporting to measure progress and drive success.
