Innovetive Petcare seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead two specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals in the greater Atlanta market. The role oversees operational and financial performance with Hospital Administrators and Practice Managers reporting directly to the Market Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate drives growth, develops leaders, and aligns hospital operations with company policy while delivering exceptional client care in a fast-paced regional environment.

Qualificações

• Must reside in or around the Atlanta, Georgia area.
• 5+ years of progressive veterinary operations or practice management leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple locations with accountability for operational and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for two specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals in the Atlanta market.
• Maintain accountability for hospital P&L performance, revenue growth, and financial health.
• Partner with hospital leaders to develop and execute annual and long-term business plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Hospital Administrator and Practice Managers.
• Identify leadership development opportunities and build succession plans for key hospital roles.
