Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in admissions, recruitment, workforce development, sales, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territories.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with schools, counselors, workforce agencies, community organizations, employers, and referral partners.
• Present information sessions and workshops for prospective students and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate campus tours and admissions appointments; follow up to encourage enrollment.
• Travel extensively to engage communities across designated service areas.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly activity reports.
