Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA seeks an Admissions Representative to recruit qualified applicants for Helms College in accordance with accreditation policies. You will conduct high volumes of prospective contacts by phone and in person, schedule campus tours, and ensure timely follow-up to drive enrollment.
The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel to events and high schools.
The Admissions Representative provides exceptional customer service to all Helms College constituencies including potential students, their support system, and other members of the Helms College team. This position represents Helms College compliantly and accurately in all activities.
Responsible for recruiting an increasingly larger number of qualified applicants for admission to Helms College in accordance with state and federal accreditation and institutional policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards. The Admissions Representative is responsible for managing time and inquiry resources to generate interest in our programs. This position will conduct a high quantity of prospective phone contacts to secure appointments and interview activity, and conduct follow-up activity with unresolved interviewees and future class applicants. Incumbent must assure that the Goodwill philosophy is embraced in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position: quality service to clients; development, growth, and involvement; sound economic principles; and maintenance of an environment that is conducive to innovation, positive thinking, and expansion.
