Responsibilities

• Support Litigation Attorneys to advance cases through the process.
• Draft simple pleadings such as Summons, Dismissals, and Motions.
• Request documents from clients to complete Discovery responses.
• Coordinate Depositions and monitor deadlines for compliance.
• Draft correspondence to borrowers, clerks, judges, and clients.
• Update Client Systems and Case Management software for all matters.
• Handle mail and service packages; manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Assist with special projects and filings in Georgia court websites.
