Job summary

Littler Mendelson in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys across all stages of litigation in a hybrid role. Under attorney supervision, you will independently manage case calendars, drafting chronologies, pleadings, and client document intake.

The role emphasizes coordinating discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, with heavy use of litigation support tools such as LiveNote and Relativity. Ten years of paralegal experience and a BA/ certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate law department.
• Solid understanding of litigation issues and process.
• Experience coordinating case clerks and paralegals; handling class actions and document-intensive litigation.

Responsibilities

• Review cases and draft chronologies, answers and other pleadings; oversee client document intake.
• Coordinate discovery; draft requests/responses and oversee production of documents.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions; prepare subpoenas and liaise with court reporters.
• Create and manage litigation support databases and use LiveNote for deposition summaries.
• Assist in factual investigations and interview witnesses; review records for attorney review.
• Support trial preparation: exhibits, motions in limine, jury instructions, and witness lists.
• Perform legal and medical research; cite-checking and Shepardizing.
• Maintain files for storage or return to client; assist post-trial/appeal tasks.
• Regular attendance is an essential function.
