Qualifications

• Active Georgia license and at least three years of litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom and oral advocacy skills; excellent legal writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a large portfolio of commercial and consumer collection cases through all phases of litigation.
• Appear in court, hearings, and related proceedings in virtual and in-person settings.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategy and provide regular updates and guidance to clients.
