Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney in Atlanta, GA, hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on handling sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment within a leading AmLaw 100 firm.

The candidate should have 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience, strong litigation skills, and a proven ability to manage cases independently while working with a team. Georgia Bar in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
• 3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments.
• Experience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution, including single-plaintiff and complex disputes.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $200,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
