The candidate will handle sophisticated management-side employment matters, including litigation in state and federal courts, in collaboration with a high-performing team.

Qualified candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, active Georgia bar admission, and 3–8 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
• 3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including state and federal courts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is interested in handling sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $200,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
