Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Biomed Field Service Engineer II to cover the greater Atlanta area. The role requires living in the territory and offers a company vehicle for personal use.

You will install, maintain, recall and repair a wide range of modalities at customer sites with high independence. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in biomedical/electronic field service, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Available to work non-standard hours.
• Associates in Electronics or related discipline or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years in biomedical or electronic field service.
• Ability to work independently while meeting goals.
• Networking experience preferred; able to review service history and device logs.

Responsibilities

• Provides installation, maintenance, recall and repair support for a broad range of modalities and models at customer sites.
• Operates with independence and minimal supervision.
• Drives customer satisfaction by achieving service metrics and engaging customers.
• Maintains assets, inventory, and test equipment; documents work promptly.
• Uses available technology to manage service orders and access equipment information.
• Keeps KPI targets and adheres to procedures and safety rules.
