Job description

Atlanta Data Center Solutions (DCS) Hub Manager

Location: Onsite in Cartersville, Georgia

Reports to: Director of Development

Company Overview:

Data Center Solutions (DCS) is a specialized division of Weeks Group, built from more than 250 years of combined data center construction leadership experience. Our team was formed after years of operating in Owner’s Representative and ORPM roles, where we witnessed firsthand risk exposure, inefficiencies, and coordination gaps surrounding Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment and mission‑critical infrastructure assets.

Purpose:

Lead the Atlanta Data Center Solutions Hub, managing Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment, warehousing, and logistics operations supporting large‑scale data center construction projects. This role ensures seamless coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams while maintaining disciplined execution, asset protection, and just‑in‑time equipment deployment aligned with project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Full P&L Ownership & Regional Financial Performance

Own the financial performance of the Atlanta Data Center Solutions Hub, including budgeting, staffing strategy, operational costs, and profitability. Lead the region as a business unit with accountability for both operational success and financial outcomes.

Build and Lead a High-Performance Management Team

Recruit, develop, and lead a strong management team across OFCI management, warehouse operations, safety, and logistics. Establish a culture of accountability, clear communication, and operational excellence.

Solve the Client’s Problems Through Data Center Expertise

Apply real‑world data center construction experience to anticipate challenges, guide operational decisions, and ensure our warehouse and logistics teams stay one step ahead of project needs.

Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in data center construction environments.
  • Previous experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership role in mission‑critical construction preferred.
  • Experience managing large operational teams and complex logistics environments.
  • Proven experience with operational budgets or P&L responsibility preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of mission‑critical infrastructure and data center construction environments.
  • Operational leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Financial and operational decision‑making ability.
  • Strategic problem‑solving and proactive planning.
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and inventory operations involving high‑value equipment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has significant experience working within data center construction environments and understands the coordination required between project teams, contractors, and logistics operations. This individual must be a strong leader capable of building and managing a high‑performing team while maintaining financial accountability and operational discipline.

This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who is proactive and driven to build and grow the Atlanta hub. The successful candidate will think like a business builder—identifying opportunities to improve operations, expand services, and strengthen the regional platform while proactively solving problems before they impact project execution.

The right person will combine hands‑on data center construction experience with the mindset of a business operator, continuously strengthening the organization while supporting the long‑term growth of the Data Center Solutions hub.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
  • 100% employer‑paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan with company contributions
  • Generous Paid Time Off (14 days PTO + company holidays)
  • Significant opportunity for career growth and leadership impact within a rapidly expanding data center platform

Weeks Grp, LLC offers a collaborative and growth‑oriented work environment where employees are empowered to lead, innovate, and contribute to the success of mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
