Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals in Atlanta is seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to lead a high-volume restaurant group. This is not a corporate, sit-behind-a-desk COO position; the owner seeks an operator who can work on the floor with the team and drive results.

You will own day-to-day operations, build scalable systems, manage labor and food costs, mentor the leadership team, and push growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience with a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, specialty food, or multi-unit organization.
• Ability to build systems and infrastructure for a growing organization.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operations across the organization.
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold the management team accountable.
• Drive operational consistency, hospitality, food quality, and execution.
• Oversee labor, food costs, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and profitability.
• Analyze P&Ls and identify opportunities to improve margins and operational performance.
• Be highly visible in the operation — leading from the floor, not from an office.
