Job summary

Trace3 is seeking an Atlan Implementation Project Leader/Manager to drive the Customer 360 data catalog rollout for a major client. You will own the delivery plan, RAID, and hands-on execution to move from connected platforms to a governed, adopted catalog.

This contract‑through-Trace3 role requires strong program management, RBAC modeling, and data governance expertise, with hands‑on work across Snowflake, Salesforce, dbt, and Okta.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise data or analytics programs.
• 4+ years leading implementations as the accountable delivery owner.
• Experience implementing a modern data catalog; Atlan strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on working knowledge of Snowflake, Salesforce, dbt, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle; familiarity with Domo and Okta-based SSO.
• Strong data governance foundation: RBAC, persona models, and metadata quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a single integrated delivery plan covering all milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Run RAID log and provide executive status reporting.
• Bridge Atlan advisory engagement and customer in‑tenant responsibilities to close execution gaps.
• Configure RBAC / persona models and secure approval.
• Lead end‑to‑end lineage validation for Customer 360 and map resolution.
• Coordinate Monte Carlo data quality visibility as an adjacent capability.
