The University of California, Davis is offering a student internship under the Director of Marketing, Ticketing and Strategy to learn all aspects of athletic ticket operations, fulfill single game and season ticket orders, and serve as front line customer service for UC Davis Athletics.

You will support game day activities, assist with financial reconciliations including monitoring the ticket office clearing account, and collaborate with Team Aggie to provide ticketing, parking and event support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience working in/competing for a collegiate athletics program.
• Attention to detail and strong writing/editing skills; strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle ticket operations, fulfillment of orders and reconciliation tasks.
• Provide prospecting and customer service support.
• Assist with promotion, reporting and event-related tasks.
