Job summary

Lake Superior State University is seeking a Student Worker in the Athletics Ticket Office to assist with sales and execution of home contest tickets. You will work closely with staff, handle cash, and learn the Vivenu ticketing system.

Evenings and weekends are required, with primary shifts Thursday through Saturday from 12 PM to 9 PM; responsibilities include Will Call, scanning tickets at entrances, and organizing pre-purchased tickets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and execute ticket sales for all home contests.
• Scan tickets at venue entrances and manage Will Call.
• Organize and prepare pre-purchased tickets.
• Assist in miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Maintain availability for weeknights and weekends (Thu–Sat, 12 PM–9 PM).
