Job summary

Illinois State University Athletics is seeking an Athletics Student Employee to support Redbird Productions. You will contribute to ESPN+ and Marquee Sports Network broadcasts, as well as in-house athletic productions, gaining hands-on experience in all facets of live NCAA Division I productions.

The role provides exposure to camera, replay, graphics, audio, and technical directing tasks, with a proposed starting date of Fall 2026 and opportunities for growth within Intercollegiate Athletics.

  • Must be enrolled in at least 5 graduate credit hours or 6 undergraduate credit hours.
  • Preferred: experience in live athletic broadcast productions or similar production background (theater, music, etc.).

Job Summary

The student employee will play a role in productions for ESPN+ and Marquee Sports Network broadcast streams as well as in-house athletic productions. Individuals in this position will gain experience of all the ins and outs of live productions at an NCAA Division 1 Athletics Department.
