The Kaplen JCC On The Palisades in Tenafly, NJ is seeking an Athletics Business Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the Athletics Department. You will oversee finances, registrations, scheduling, reporting, and partnerships to ensure efficient program operations and exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or athletics administration.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Experience with registration systems and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile participant payments, invoices, and program income.
• Monitor outstanding balances and oversee collections.
• Process refunds, credits, transfers, and financial adjustments.
• Manage registrations and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate participant records and data.
• Process program changes, transfers, withdrawals, and refunds.
• Manage program setup and maintenance within registration platforms.
• Maintain data in TREC and UPACE systems.
• Ensure data accuracy for schedules and capacities.
