Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly, NJ seeks a Marketing Manager to oversee branding, strategy, market research and content across channels. The role focuses on calendar planning, multi-channel campaigns and cross-team collaboration to boost program registrations and community engagement.

The position requires hands-on content creation and analytics, with flexibility for evenings and weekend events, and offers a competitive salary plus benefits in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a marketing and communications calendar for multiple programs and events.
• Create content for print and digital media campaigns, email, social media, and events.
• Develop and execute high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive program registration and engagement.
• Collaborate with other Marketing Managers for cross-promotion within the organization.
• Conduct weekly marketing meetings with programmers and review market research results.
• Track and analyze KPIs across campaigns and understand customer preferences.
• Coordinate social channels and emails with programmers.
• Assist at programs/events requiring evenings or weekends.
• Other duties as needed.
