Job summary

Motlow State Community College is seeking an Athletic Administrative Specialist to support the Athletic Director and department. The role handles complex administrative duties, game day operations, and travel logistics to ensure smooth athletics programs at the Moore campus.

Qualifications include an associate degree with three years of administrative experience. A bachelor’s degree and experience in higher education or athletics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with three years of administrative experience in an educational or business setting.
• Additional professional education may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and two years of related administrative experience in higher education or athletics.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Athletic Director, coaches, and staff, including game day operations and travel logistics.
• Monitor and manage multiple athletics budgets and financial reports.
• Coordinate travel, scheduling, and event planning for athletics programs.
