Job summary

The University of Oklahoma's Athletics Department is seeking an Athletics Shipping/Receiving Tech to perform daily duties assigned by the director. You will manage shipment and receipt of athletics product and supplies, unload trucks, maintain delivery logs, and ensure items reach the correct staff.

You will also assist with game day operations, coordinate with facilities for shipping/receiving, and help with material inventory and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 12 months experience in shipping and receiving.
• Forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, storage, issuance, and delivery of athletics materials and equipment.
• Accepts and signs for athletics deliveries; delivers using university vehicles.
• Assist with event set-up and breakdown.
• Collaborate with facilities to maintain shipping/receiving processes.
• Procure materials: obtain quotes and maintain inventory.
