Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Tulsa, OK is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support the accurate movement of materials, parts, and finished goods. The role involves handling shipments, documentation, inventory records, and cross-department coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, shipping/receiving experience, blueprint-reading ability, forklift experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License mandatory.
• Experience in shipping/receiving/warehousing/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and manufacturing docs.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime availability and flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming materials and goods.
• Record shipments in the inventory system.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, packing slips, bills of lading.
• Package parts and materials for shipment.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation.
• Mark and identify parts per drawings and instructions.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Coordinate needs with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, and others.
• Deliver parts or materials using a company vehicle when assigned.
• Operate a forklift when trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report issues to supervisor as needed.
