• Familiarity with NCAA, ASUN, and university rules and regulations.
• Ability to develop data-informed analyses to support student‑athlete and team performance.
• Experience with contracts, revenue sharing, and long-term roster planning.

• Manage roster budgets, salary‑cap considerations, contracts, and financial scenarios.
• Develop recruiting intelligence across high school, transfer, international, and grassroots markets.

• Build relationships with agents, networks, and professional organizations.
