Qualifikationen

• Eight years of directly related full-time experience, or a Bachelor's degree with four years of related full-time experience.
• Experience in sport operations at the collegiate or professional level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally.
• Combination of relevant education, experience, and certifications may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic analysis and support for roster construction, revenue-sharing allocation, scholarship management, and long-term roster planning.
• Manage roster budgets, salary-cap considerations, contracts, and related financial scenarios.
• Develop recruiting intelligence and talent databases across high school, transfer, international, and grassroots markets.
• Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes using film, data, rankings, market research, and risk assessment.
• Build relationships with player agents, recruiting networks, professional organizations, and other sources.
• Provide guidance on NCAA transfer portal strategy, roster timing, eligibility, and revenue-sharing requirements.
• Track player development and provide data-informed analysis to support performance.
• Support student-athletes and coaching staff with professional opportunities (drafts, combines, G League, etc.).
• Develop and utilize analytics, data systems, and emerging technologies to enhance operations.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between coaching staff, Athletics administration, and campus partners on roster, recruiting, financial, contractual, and operational matters.
• Monitor NCAA, ASUN, and University requirements to ensure compliance with rules and policies.
