North Carolina A&T State University is seeking a Unit Business Officer - Athletics to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the department. The role reports to the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance and partners with Athletics leadership to align resources with priorities.

The position requires a master’s degree in business/finance or related field with substantial budgeting experience, or a bachelor’s with equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field with 4 years or a bachelor’s with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and managing complex operating and capital budgets.
• Experience providing financial analysis and reporting to support decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide budget oversight, reporting and internal control for Athletics.
• Develop, monitor and forecast operating budgets and capital plans.
• Advise Athletics leadership on financial implications of decisions.
