Job summary

Eastern University Athletics is seeking an Athletics Rental Supervisor to oversee campus rental facilities and equipment, ensuring proper use and alignment with university policies.

You will arrive 45 minutes before rentals to prepare spaces and remain available to assist renters; after each rental you will return items to their proper state and coordinate with campus departments as needed.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Availability on Sundays in the early morning to evening.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Commitment to Eastern University mission and values, including Christian education.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with campus populations.

Responsibilities

• Set up facilities and equipment for rental spaces.
• Provide supervision and oversight of rental facilities, ensuring policies are followed.
