Responsibilities

• Oversee athletic facilities and related programs, including maintenance, scheduling, and events.
• Hire, train, and manage student event staff and external event contractors.
• Plan and budget equipment and operations; maintain records and reports.
• Schedule facility usage and ensure safety protocols for internal and external events.
• Provide leadership to student workers and coordinate with Facilities Planning, Public Safety, and other departments.
