Job summary

You will supervise staff, develop compliance policies, and provide timely education across coaches, student-athletes, and university constituents.

The role emphasizes interpretation of NCAA rules, monitoring systems, waivers, and eligibility processes to support transfer students and competitive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with four years of NCAA compliance experience.
• Experience providing NCAA rules interpretations and education sessions.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance monitoring systems.
• Experience with NCAA LSDBi and RSRO systems.
• Proficiency in ACS recruiting software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Athletics Compliance Office and internship program.
• Lead rules education for coaches, staff, student-athletes, and university constituents.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Oversee waivers and eligibility processes for transfers and incoming student-athletes.
• Serve as primary compliance liaison for Football, Men’s Basketball, and Women’s Basketball.
