Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in athletic compliance settings is desirable.
• Strong computer, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, implement, educate, and audit NCAA, Big Ten, and university rules.
• Oversee compliance for multiple sports programs and eligibility, financial aid, and NIL.
• Answer compliance questions from coaches, staff, and student-athletes.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, and Internal Audit as needed.
