• Assist with student-athlete textbook and/or tax reimbursements.
• Process independent contractor payment requests.
• Create expense reports for medical billing and travel charges.
• Assist with financial reporting accuracy.
• Provide financial data analysis where needed.
• Assist with data collection where needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Assist with Driver Authorization and Motorized Utility Vehicle approvals.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Maintain volunteer employee processes and follow-up tasks.
• Assist with planning departmental functions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

The Athletics BusinessOperations Internwill provideadministrative supportandassistancewith projects related to the financial and human resources aspects of the Athletics Department.Theideal candidate will beinterested in a career inCollegiateAthletics,Finance, and/orHumanResources.The day-to-day schedulecan be setaccording to the student's class schedule; a minimum of5-10hours a week is preferred.The AthleticsBusinessOperations Intern will abide and adhere tothe highest confidentiality standards, as well asall NCAA, ACC,andUniversityrules and regulations.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Business Office

• Assistwith student-athletetextbookand/or tax reimbursements.

Expectations:

• $13per hour
• 10 - 15 hours per weekbetween the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday- Friday(hours can beadjusted to fit school schedule, as needed)
• Position beginning around 9/1/2026 with the end date of 5/23/27
• Dress Code: Businesscasual (Khakis, polos, etc.)

Physical Demands

• This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
