Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field or 3 years' experience in Parks and Recreation
• NIMS Certifications required within one year of hire
• Knowledge of ASA, USSSA, TAAF and other state/national bodies

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, and assigns coaches, scorekeepers, timekeepers and volunteers
• Oversees athletic staff and communicates plans, goals, and policies
• Plans and coordinates athletic leagues and programs for all ages and abilities
• Develops and administers division budget and policies
• Maintains equipment, fields, and surfaces and oversees facility readiness
