DaBella is recruiting competitive, results-driven sales professionals in Houston to drive growth and win major deals. You’ll earn uncapped commissions with performance bonuses and a lucrative training period that pays a fixed amount to get you started.

Expect substantial first-year earnings with top performers reaching well into six figures. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is paid over time after completing the initial training. Willingness to travel within the sales territory is required.

Compensation

• Uncapped performance-based income + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps

• $1,750 during the training period.

• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-100,000+

• Top performers earn $150,000+ annually

• $4,000 sign-on bonus , paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $333 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.

• Availability Monday through Saturday.

• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Willing to travel within designated sales territory.

• Working cell phone with data plan.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
