BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Team Account Specialist to partner with NCAA departments and dealers in configuring Adidas uniforms via AdiCustom. You will nurture coach and buyer relationships, guide design decisions, and ensure orders flow smoothly from inquiry to delivery.

The role emphasizes high-touch customer service, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate the athlete experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background in fast-paced, client-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with athletic uniform buyers nationwide.
• Serve as contact point for assigned accounts, providing updates and guidance.
• Assist with uniform design, mock-ups, and ordering support.
• Track orders, timelines, and production progress; coordinate with internal teams.
