Job summary

New Balance is hiring a Team Sports Custom Uniform Apparel Developer to lead the development and commercialization of customized team uniforms. You will collaborate with Design, Product Management, and vendor partners to deliver high-quality products that meet performance, cost, and delivery targets.

You will manage the product lifecycle from concept to production, establishing customization requirements and communicating garment details throughout development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products, silhouettes, and customization options that align with market trends and athlete performance needs.
• Own BOM maintenance and finalization for buy readiness.
• Coordinate product creation from concept to commercialization and production to meet deadlines and targets.
• Coordinate customization requirements (logos, numbers, names, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers, sublimation).
• Ensure artwork placement and branding standards are accurately executed.
