Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead custom uniform development from concept to production readiness. You will oversee a cross‑functional team and ensure adidas standards, cost targets, and timelines are met.

This remote role partners with adidas stakeholders and internal design, costing, manufacturing, and supply chain teams across North America to scale operations and deliver high‑quality apparel on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Product Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of apparel development or related experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with financial planning, cost management, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of custom sports uniforms development across adidas accounts, programs, and product categories.
• Lead product development planning from client intake to production readiness and commercialization.
• Manage multiple development programs, identify risks, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Translate client requirements into executable development plans and production deliverables.
• Ensure activities meet cost, margin, quality, and client service targets.
• Provide technical leadership on garment construction, materials, and decoration methods.
