Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking an Athletic Training Coordinator to oversee scheduling, staffing, and event coverage across professional, collegiate, high school, and youth partners.

The role requires maintaining certifications and licensure, supporting recruiting and training, and delivering services including evenings and weekends. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NATABOC certification required.
• Licensed (or eligible for registration) in Minnesota.
• Current Emergency Cardiac Care certification.
• Cardiac Care Instructor certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Outreach event schedule and staff contracted events with athletic trainers.
• Ensure all outreach ATs maintain required certifications and licensure.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and developing employees.
• Communicate event details with staff and partners; maintain Emergency Action Plans for events.
• Maintain apparel and supply inventories at the Revo Health office in Eden Prairie.

Bachelor's degree

NATABOC certification

Licensed (MN) or eligible for registration
