Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics, part of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), seeks a Sports Performance Coach to enhance strength, performance, and fitness training across various athlete groups. The role emphasizes collaboration with the sports medicine team and proactive program delivery within a clinic setting.

The candidate will manage multiple training sessions weekly, develop client relationships, and support community outreach while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology/Physical Education/Exercise Science/Kinesiology or related field required.
• CSCS or related certifications preferred.
• 1–2 years of strength, conditioning, and sports performance coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sports Performance Supervisor and team to deliver training to teams, groups and individuals.
• Follow through on fitness programs relating to sports performance.
• Develop patient/athlete relationships to build a book of business and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a minimum of 24 training sessions per week and complete administrative duties.
• Provide weekly status summaries and maintain an up‑to‑date work calendar.
