Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking an Assistant Sports Performance Coach to support strength, performance and fitness training for individual and group athletes, operating on a casual seasonal schedule at Visitation High School.

You will collaborate with coaches and the sports medicine team, develop performance programs, and promote TCO-sponsored events in the community while ensuring safety and adherence to MN rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
• Certifications relevant to degree (CSCS, etc.) preferred.
• 1-2 years of strength, conditioning and sports performance coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to teams, groups and individual athletes in collaboration with Head and Sports Performance Coaches and sports medicine team.
• Develop and implement performance programs focusing on strength, conditioning, speed and agility development.
• Foster community relationships and promote sports performance events and partnerships.
